Terms and conditions
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the chouetteensemble.fr website and the catering services offered by Chouette Ensemble!.
Quotes and orders
Every service is the subject of a personalised quote drawn up after discussion with the client, specifying the menu, the number of guests, the venue and the date of the service. The order is confirmed on receipt of the signed quote and, where applicable, of a deposit.
Prices
The prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary according to the seasonality of the produce, the number of guests and the options chosen. The final price is stated on the quote.
Cancellation
[Cancellation and refund terms to be specified by the company — notice periods, percentage of the deposit retained, force majeure]
Liability
Chouette Ensemble! undertakes to comply with the HACCP hygiene standards applicable to its catering business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts.
Framework in line with the usual clauses of an event caterer; the "Cancellation" section must be completed with the terms actually applied by the company before publication.
