Purpose

These terms govern the use of chouetteensemble.fr and the catering services provided by Chouette Ensemble!

Quotes and orders

Every booking is covered by an individual quote drawn up after discussion with the client, setting out the menu, the number of guests, the venue and the date. The order is confirmed when we receive the signed quote and, where applicable, a deposit.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are per person unless otherwise stated, and are indicative: they may vary with the season, the number of guests and the options chosen. The final price appears on the quote.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancelled more than thirty days before the date of the event, the order is refunded in full. Between thirty and seven days, the deposit is retained by Chouette Ensemble ! Less than seven days before, the full amount stated on the quotation remains payable, the ingredients and the staff being already committed by then. Nothing is retained where the cancellation follows from an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Liability

Chouette Ensemble! undertakes to comply with the HACCP hygiene standards that apply to its catering business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction.
